Description: I’m sure everyone knows that I have a little eight year old sister right? Well, every once in a while she will come up to me and ask if I could make a tutorial specifically for her. Of course I’m not going to say no because she is my sister and I want her to be creative as possible. She loves drawing probably a little more than I did when I was her age. Anyways, she asked me to teach her "<em>how to draw a flamingo for kids</em>", step by step. I wondered why she wanted me to make an odd bird that you don’t really think about too often. She told me that she wanted to draw a flamingo just like the one in the movie Gnomeo and Juliet. As soon as she said that, I knew it was a good idea because I could make a flamingo in a kiddie fashion but look cute enough to replicate the one from the movie. This is why you guys will be learning "<strong>how to draw a flamingo for kids</strong>", and because I made sure that the bird is cute, I think that you too will have fun with this tutorial. That’s it, I will not be uploading anymore For Kids lessons today. Instead, go ahead and tackle some other stuff that is new and exciting. Adios and peace out!
Description: Okay guys, this is going to be really easy. Make a large circle for the head of the flamingo, and then draw a neck line. At the bottom of the line you just drew, draw an oval shape for the body.
Description: Now you will be using the head guide you drew in step one to draw out the shape of the flamingo's head like so. Next, draw out an eye that is teardrop shaped, and then draw in the eyeball.
Description: For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw out the three toed feet, and then draw in the flamingo's ruffled feathered tail. Erase any visible guides you made in step one and that's it.
