Description: I don't know how many people will like this lesson. I made it because of a movie I watched and it starred a very pretty African American actress who I never seen in a film before. She had long wavy hair, big brown eyes and real chiseled face. Her body was really nice too, and as you know with artists, you like to draw anything that inspires you and this actress inspired me. The lesson shouldn't be too complex to recreate. I think those who tackle this tut on drawing an African American woman will love it because of how awesome the body pose is and how simple it's going to be. All you have to do is follow the steps and guides. I will be back with a lot more lessons so be sure to stick around.
Description: The face is now complete so let's start the drawing process for her long curly hair. Once you get the length you want for your model, you can then add the crinkle like lines for added texture and style.
Description: The hair and face is done. Now let's focus on the body. We will start by drawing the shoulders, arms and hands. Once that is finished we can draw in the shape of her chest which is covered by her long locks. Add detailing under the arm and add some nail beds on her finger tips.
Description: For the last drawing step simply draw in the rest of the torso, along with the waist, hips and thighs. Add some definition to the belly and then draw in her bikini bottom. Erase your mistakes and guides that you made while drawing this African American girl.
Description: When all is said and done the line art for your newly drawn girl should look like the one you see here. All that's left to do is add some color. I hope you liked this tutorial folks, I know I did.
