How to Draw the Elfen Lied Eye

Draw the upper lid and when you do this make sure that the lid is thick and there is some lashes.

Finish drawing the eye and then you are done for now.

Draw the shape of the eyeball, then color in the pupil.

You will now draw Lucy's hair that falls in front of her eyes like sharp points. These are her bangs.

Lastly, draw and color in her eyebrow, then sketch in her bottom lashes. If you made mistakes you can erase them now.

Here is the line art once you are done. Now you can color her eye and hair in. Lucy is recognizable no matter what part of her face or body you draw.

Description: I just had to make this lesson on an eye from one of the more popular characters in pop culture today. She is actually very pretty in both chibi and regular anime/manga form. Out of request, I will show you "how to draw the Elfen Lied eye", step by step. As you can imagine there is nothing to it when creating this eye. If you want to make both of Lucy's eyes you can draw them at the same time side by side. This Japanese manga figure will be popular for a long while no matter how many years go by, it's just that good of a concept both story and character wise.
