Description: To compliment the lesson I submitted on Si Robertson from the very popular A&E reality series 'Duck Dynasty', I waned to make a tutorial on Si's brother. Having said that here is "<em>how to draw Phil Robertson</em>", step by step. Phil is actually the man behind the invention of the Duck Commander caller. He came up with, and invented the duck caller back in 1972, and by the time 1973 rolled around he already had the company incorporated. If you type in Phil Robertson's name on the internet you will come across a bunch of pictures of Phil when he was young dressed in football attire. He was a very good at football and was even drafted by the NFL during his junior year. Anyways, Si is Phil's younger brother even though Si looks older then Phil. This lesson was fun to create because I think that the whole concept of Duck Dynasty is rather funny. I do hope you enjoy drawing Phil Robertson, and if you're looking for more drawing fun stay tuned in to Dragoart.com.
Description: Using the facial guides, sketch in the thick but old style brows and eyebrows. The hair for the eyebrows should be drawn in a soft manner. Next, draw out the eye shapes and make sure when you do this you add that skin that hangs over the eye to add age to his face. You will also need to sketch in the wrinkles under the eyes as well.
Description: Here you will only have to sketch out Phil's nose. As you can see you will draw some of the bone part to his nose. Sketch in some facial definition on the cheeks as well as on the sides of the nostrils.
Description: All four of the Duck Dynasty men have full beards. You will sketch out Phil's beard starting from his temples, all the way down the face. You won't be able to see what type of face shape he has since he is covered with hair. Draw a thin line for his mouth, then proceed to step five.
Description: For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw in his simple style hat, then sketch in some forehead wrinkles or creases. Erase the mistakes and guides you made throughout the lesson.
