Description: Okay ladies and gentleman! Today at DragoArt.com we will do a lesson on an awesome landscape. What you will be doing is learning how to draw mountains. I was going to initially label this tutorial “how to draw Cartoon Mountains “because of its rather cartoony look and feel. I enjoy the view of mountains so I decided to make a drawing lesson on it. I remember one time my aunt took me on a trip to Mount Washington. Let me tell you, that place was incredibly gorgeous. I will always remember that day. I went on a whole bunch of rides too like Whale’s Tail and Santa’s Village. I know a lot of people look for tutorials on this type of subject because a mountain landscape can be rather difficult to draw. Don’t forget, you have to know how to start the lining for the shapes of the mountains, and then where to position the land such as grass, rock or dirt. You will also sometimes see the mountain reflecting off of the water that rests down below. I know since I was a little kid I’ve wanted to learn from a tutorial on how to draw mountains. Since then, I’ve been practicing the concept. Eventually I came up with awesome looking mountains. I know you may look at the finished work as impossible to accomplish, but I made this tutorial simple enough for anyone to accomplish. I used Photoshop to color the image (which is why it looks so digital). I hope you will enjoy this awesome and vibrant tutorial. I made it especially easy for your taste! Thank you for viewing this lesson on How to draw Cartoon Mountains step by step, I know you will find it to be exceptionally fun! Good luck people!
Description: Start this first step by drawing out the vertical lines that are spread out in three. You will then draw a horizontal line above the mountain peaks as seen here. Once that is done you will start drawing out the pyramid like shapes for the two mountain tops. In the middle of the two you will add the connecting line and then the right lower line.
Description: Well look at that! You are already on your last drawing step which means you are basically done. All you will do now is add a few more definition lines and then draw a long straight horizontal line which distinguishes the ground from the mountains. Once that is done you will sketch out the grass like plant that you see resting in most water passages.
