Description: Hey everyone, I’m back in the saddle again and with my return I will be submitting some cool, and incredibly cute tutorials that I KNOW almost everyone will love. To start, let’s learn "how to draw Kawaii faces", step by step. I do realize that some of you will not know exactly what Kawaii is, but the terminology is very simple to explain. You see, kawaii literally means ‘cute, lovable, and adorable’. Drawing kawaii style is very much like drawing chibi. There are only a few differences with the concept art and that is the simplicity in character design, as well as the overall cuteness between the two drawing styles. Chibi figures can be drawn incredibly simple, or they can be drawn in a difficult manner as well whereas kawaii style is almost as easy as creating with your eyes closed. Anyways, this lesson will teach you how easy it is when you decide that you want to start drawing kawaii style in the form of faces. I shall return with some more drawing fun in a bit so try and stay tuned in to see what else I have for you. Adios people and enjoy your drawing day.
Description: This is basically a tip step that shows you the many faces of how kawaii characters can be drawn. The first face shows how you can incorporate big eyes and a cat mouth. The next face is colored in solid eyes with a cat style mouth, the other has smaller eyes with a U shaped mouth, and the last face is almost like a puckered look.
Description: You will now draw in the front part of the hair, and as you can see this is a female face. You will need to draw in the bangs, as well as some of the loose hair which is hanging off to the right side. She is also going to be wearing a headband in later steps.
