Description: Hey guys! Dawn here from DragoArt and today, we'll be taking a peak on “how to draw Brandon Rogers” from YouTube. He's a talented comedian who has a few awesome video series like “Theater Class” and “Neighborhood Patrol”, two very awesome series that should continue. I'm a big fan of Brandon's videos, and I'm sure a lot of people do too. Don't forget to search his YT channel “<a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/hotbananastud#p/u/9/T-EbMWI2Xhw">Hotbannanastud</a>" for hilarious videos. Watch him travel to different places and interview random people. I think this dude is definitely talented; and if he keeps up his work, he'd probably be popular like Jim Carey or Steve Carrell. Anyways, I'll break down this comedian in simple steps so you can draw him much easier. Be sure to draw them with a light blue pencil so erasing them later on will be much easier. Thanks for viewing and enjoy!
Description: Ok folks, like I said previously, start off with the basic guidework for Brandon Roger's head. Like most objects, everything is formed of shapes. Start simple so it will be easier to draw eyes, noses, and hair. I would recommend to draw the guides with a light pencil like 4H graphite so the lines will be easier to erase.
Description: It's time to draw his eyes! Start off with the lids before you jump into the entire eye itself. Notice how the eyes are shaped like almonds since Brandon has small eyes (sometimes they can appear VERY wide). Afterwords, draw the nose which is semi pointed at the end.
Description: Now, take an 8B graphite and draw the pupils first before you shade the eye. Take a 4H pencil and shade the inner eyes horizontally. Don't rush! Rushing can lead to mishaps. Don't forget to draw the eyelids nice and thick.
Description: Next, it's time to move onto the eyebrows. Start off thin and separated with each hair at the ends and draw thicker as it gets to the middle. Eyebrows are thin pieces of hair so lightly scruff edges of hair at then outer sides of the brows. Lastly, work on the beginning of the lip line. The smile should stop at the center of each eye (pupils).
Description: Now it's time to work on his face! Start with the left side of his cheek since this will aid you into drawing the face as a whole easier. From there, work on the chin and hairline. Keep things simple, you don't want to over complicate yourself!
Description: Then, let's take our time and work on his hair. The outside of the hair should be ruffled upwards and in small - tight curls. Stroke in detail with brief lines to detail the inner side of the hairstyle.
Description: Erase your guidelines and you should end up with something similar to this! If you took your time, you definitely should result like this. You can go ahead (if you've got shading skills) and advance yourself to shade his face some more. I had fun with this tutorial and I hope ya'll did too! Thanks so much for viewing and stay tuned for more lessons :)
