Description: Hey guys, Dawn here with another lesson that I'm going to be extremely excuted to present. I had a few members request that I create a tutorial that will show you in simple steps "how to draw a bearded dragon", step by step. I had a lot of fun with this one, especially since drawing lizards is enjoyable. I would recommend that you study the many references of Bearded Dragons in order to replicate them in imaginative poses. It takes an open - relaxed mind to create from total memory or pose generated image. The colors of this lizard are rather tan to match the 'hot' temperature this creature endures. Anyways, I've gotta move onto my other lessons that I'm excited to release. Stay tuned to Drago for more fun and awesome lessons, even requests. Thanks so much for viewing and I hope you'll enjoy! Peace and love :)
Description: First, let's begin with drawing the guidelines, making sure that the shapes are even and close to this step as possible. Try not to rush the guides since a lot of your future lines depends on the accurate shapes of these.
Description: What you will do next is draw out the actual shape of the lizard's head, then make the colored dot on the side of the head near the temple. The head should be drawn so that it looks sort of oblong.
Description: From here on out things start getting easy. You will continue to draw out the body. Draw the back, and with the same line draw out the tail until it forms a nice curl that reaches his back toes on his foot. Draw the hing legs then you can proceed to step six.
Description: On the head, draw the small thin prickly lines on the sides of the head, then draw the sort of full, beard. Sketch in the texture patches which are in the form of scales, then you are all done. Erase the mistakes to clean up the drawing.
